Terms and Conditions for Beyond Agent Live Event

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for and attending the Beyond Agent Live Event (hereafter referred to as the "Event"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms govern your participation in the Event, including any materials, activities, or content provided.

IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THESE TERMS, YOU MAY NOT REGISTER FOR OR PARTICIPATE IN THE EVENT.

2. Event Participation and License

Your registration grants you a personal, non-transferable, and non-exclusive license to access the Event and its associated materials, ideas, and content. Under this license, you may not:

Record, distribute, or reproduce any content presented at the Event without express written permission.Use the materials for commercial purposes without prior consent.Share or redistribute materials, presentations, or ideas provided during the Event.

Any unauthorized use of Event content or materials may result in the termination of your access and removal from the Event without refund.

3. Disclaimer

The Event, including its materials and ideas, is provided "as is" without any guarantees of success, results, or specific outcomes. Beyond Agent disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

BEYOND AGENT DOES NOT GUARANTEE THAT IMPLEMENTING ANY IDEAS OR STRATEGIES DISCUSSED DURING THE EVENT WILL LEAD TO SPECIFIC RESULTS, INCLUDING INCREASED INCOME OR BUSINESS SUCCESS.

4. Limitations of Liability

Beyond Agent is not liable for:

Any loss or damage, including but not limited to loss of business opportunities or profits, arising from participation in the Event.Injuries, illnesses, or damages incurred during your travel to or attendance at the Event.

Your participation is voluntary, and you assume all risks associated with attending the Event.

5. Event Materials and Intellectual Property

All materials provided during the Event, including slides, handouts, and other content, are the intellectual property of Beyond Agent or its speakers. You may use these materials for personal reference only. Reproduction, redistribution, or public sharing of these materials without explicit permission is strictly prohibited.

6. Event Changes and Cancellation

Beyond Agent reserves the right to modify the Event agenda, speakers, location, or format at any time. If the Event is canceled, registrants will be eligible for a refund of the registration fee only. Beyond Agent is not responsible for any other expenses, including travel or accommodation costs, incurred by participants.

7. Code of Conduct

By attending the Event, you agree to:

Respect all attendees, speakers, and staff.Avoid disruptive behavior during sessions or activities.Refrain from any form of harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate conduct.

Beyond Agent reserves the right to remove any participant from the Event without refund for failing to comply with this Code of Conduct.

8. Data Collection and Consent

By registering for the Event, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information for Event-related purposes, including communication about the Event, future updates, promotions, and related offerings. You may opt out of promotional communications at any time.

Photographs, videos, or other recordings may be taken during the Event. By attending, you grant Beyond Agent permission to use your likeness in promotional materials without compensation.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon. Any disputes related to the Event will be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Clackamas County, Oregon.

10. Refund Policy

All registration fees for the Beyond Agent Live Event are non-refundable. However, if you are unable to attend, you may request to transfer your ticket to another individual by providing written notice at least 14 days before the Event.

In exceptional circumstances, Beyond Agent may, at its sole discretion, offer a credit toward a future event or program. No refunds or credits will be issued for no-shows or cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the Event.
